Once again, VB gives the correct answer. While the IRS has recently expanded the definition of the "established in the company name" standard, since the policy comes from your husband's employer it still does not qualify.

As a side note, officer health insurance cannot be directly deducted by an S corporation for more than 2% owners. There is a convoluted method used to get the deduction, but again you would not qualify.

No.
The insurance through your husband's employer does not meet the test of having been established through the S-corp.

Start a business checking account and pay all transactions for the business out of the business checking account. Keep your personal finances separate from your business finances, for example do not use your personal credit card to pay for business transactions, get a business credit card. You keep your business records just like you keep your personal records. Checking account, credit cards and anything to do with transactions for the business should be separate from your personal financial situation.

I use pricerunner.com and kelkoo.com, they are both European sites but might still be useful to you for the reviews written by both experts and users.

Go to your bank and open your own small business checking account. It's quick and it's an easy way to keep track of your finances.
Cheers!

Sears is great but you have to realize that a lot of the customer reviews are left by that one person out of a hundred that had a problem..
People tend to leave a review only if they had a problem so look closesly at the reviews...
My recommendation to you is to purchase Whirlpool, Kenmore, or Kitchenaide...They have the best motors and pumps and use the least amount of water with the best cleaning...Good luck !
